In the fast-paced world of karting, where every fraction of a second matters, a new name is making its mark: Roxanne Lantinga. At just 15 years old, this determined young driver from the north of the Netherlands is proving that age is no barrier to competing—and winning—at the highest levels of European karting.
Currently racing in the X30 Senior category, one of the most competitive grids in international karting, Roxanne is building an impressive track record. She competes in the Benelux Series, the Euro Series, the IAME World Finals, and the Ladies Cup, alongside additional invitational races that sharpen her edge. Her resume already features Vice-Champion of the Belgian Championship, P2 at the Le Mans Ladies Cup, and a Heat win at the IAME World Finals. This year, she added Top 3 finishes in Benelux and Euro qualifiers—achievements that highlight her speed, consistency, and relentless drive.

From Watching to Winning
Every driver has a beginning, and for Roxanne, it all started trackside. Watching her brother race sparked a curiosity that quickly transformed into passion. She recalls:
“I actually started karting because of my brother. He was always a driver, and I was standing next to the track. Eventually, I wanted to try it myself—and that’s when it all began. Since last year, I’ve been competing at a very high level and I’ve learned so much.”
That fearless leap from spectator to competitor has shaped her journey. Today, she’s not just participating—she’s fighting for podiums against Europe’s best.

Chasing the Next Step
Like many great drivers, Roxanne views karting as both a passion and a stepping stone. Her immediate goal is to commit to a full karting season in 2025, maximizing her potential and gaining valuable experience in international racing. But her vision doesn’t stop there.
“It seems amazing to step into car racing. I don’t know exactly what type of car yet, but I would definitely push it to the maximum,” she says with confidence.
That ambition could lead her towards Formula 4, GT racing, or even endurance racing, all of which are natural progressions for elite karting graduates. Whatever path she takes, her determination suggests she will be one to watch.

Beyond the Track: A Rising Role Model
Roxanne’s growing profile represents more than just results on the circuit. She embodies the new generation of female drivers breaking into motorsport and redefining what the future looks like. With global attention on inclusivity and diversity in racing, Roxanne’s story resonates with young fans and inspires more women to see themselves in motorsport.
For potential sponsors, this combination of talent, youth, and global appeal presents a rare opportunity. Roxanne doesn’t just race—she represents the values of perseverance, ambition, and progress.
